Where the class is heading
What we want by the MOY checkpoint (31 October 2026)
01 · Everyone at 13/20 or more
By 31 October 2026, all 40 students score at least 13/20 on the MOY maths check. 9 students start below that today.
02 · Orange group into 13–16
The 9 students at 12/20 or below move into the 13–16 band from the Data Dig sheet, using the small-group plan below.
03 · Yellow group into 16–20
The other 31 students reach 16–20/20, with fractions word problems as the main push.
04 · Fractions baseline for all
Every student sits the Fractions Levelled Worksheet before mid-October (23 haven't yet), so the MOY groups are based on data.

How the targets are set: EOY target = BOY + 6, capped at 20. MOY goal = BOY + 3, kept inside the band the Data Dig sheet sets for each group (13–16 for the Orange group, students at 12/20 or below; 16–20 for the Yellow group, everyone else). Each student's own target and focus skills are worked out the same way and kept off this public site.
